These terms apply to the Sub Pulse app (“the App”) for the Reddit Developer Platform, operated by its developer (“we”). Moderators who install or use the App also remain bound by Reddit’s User Agreement, Moderator Code of Conduct and Developer Terms.
A moderator tool that summarises a subreddit’s activity and moderation workload in a weekly digest, sends modqueue and admin-action alerts, and shows a moderator-only dashboard post. It is free and has no purchases.
Only moderators of a community can install, configure or read the App’s data for that community. Non-moderators who open the dashboard post see only a short description.
If moderators enter a Discord webhook URL or a Telegram bot token and chat ID, the App sends digests and alerts to those services on the moderators’ behalf. Moderators are responsible for choosing channels whose audience may see their community’s moderation statistics, for keeping those credentials secret, and for complying with Discord’s and Telegram’s terms. Removing the setting stops delivery.
Numbers are derived from Reddit events and APIs that can be delayed, incomplete, masked or change without notice (for example, the moderation log may not reach back 90 days, and moderator identities can be masked). The App is a summary aid, not an audit record. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
Do not use the App’s data to harass users or moderators, to evade Reddit’s rules, or to build profiles of individual users. Use the “Show usernames” setting to hide names if your team prefers counts only.
The App may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the App. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
